Refund policy

For health and quality reasons, no refund or exchange will be possible if the item has been opened or used.

Within 15 days of receiving your order you can, for any reason, return an item to one of our collection points, under the following conditions, and obtain a full refund (we will also reimburse you for the reasonable shipping costs, if the return is the result of an error on our part):

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been used.

  • No items used will be refunded.

 

Only items purchased on mesatelierscuisine.com can be returned and reimbursed.

We do not make exchanges, except for defective or damaged items.

 

Items returned more than 15 days after receipt, items which are not in a condition to be returned to stock or which are incomplete will be subject to a return shipping fee, at our discretion. 

 

We cannot accept items returned after 30 days. For exchanges 30 days after the transaction, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

 

We confirm your refund by email after receiving and processing the returned item.

 

You will receive the refund, depending on the payment method used to pay for the original purchase, within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item. If the return is not the result of an error on our part, we will deduct the shipping costs from the amount of your refund. Please note that Mes Ateliers Cuisine does not assume the return costs when you decide to return an item. The choice of delivery service for the return is at your discretion. However, we encourage the use of regular land service. This service minimizes delivery costs and above all, the risks of customs fees and taxes.

 

Also, be sure to include insurance and a tracking number for the service you choose. If the post damages or loses the package, you can claim compensation from them. Please note that you are responsible for the item you return until it arrives at our warehouse. Always include your personal comments in the package, specifying if it is an exchange, a refund, in cases where our return policy applies, or repair.

Occasionally, we recommend that you follow up on the package to ensure the return is successful. We usually handle your return within 24-48 hours of the package arriving at our warehouse. Also make sure that the package has indeed been delivered before contacting us for questions related to the refund, exchange or repair of the returned item.
